Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc. (NYSE: AHH) (the "Company") announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its newly designated Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (the "Series A Preferred Stock"). The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of Series A Preferred Stock. The Company intends to apply to list the shares of Series A Preferred Stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "AHHPrA." -updated 6/11- Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc. (NYSE: AHH) (the "Company") announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of an aggregate 2,200,000 shares of its newly designated 6.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (the "Series A Preferred Stock") at a public offering price of $25.00 per share, for net proceeds of approximately $53.3 million, after the underwriting discount but before estimated offering expenses payable by the Company. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 330,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock offered by the Company at the public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on June 18, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions. |
