(NYSE:ARES) today announced the pricing of a $275 million offering of 11,000,000 of its 7.00% Series A Preferred Units representing limited partner interests with a liquidation preference of $25.00 per unit. In addition, Ares has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1,650,000 Series A Preferred Units solely to cover over-allotments. |
