(the "Company" or "Digital Realty") (NYSE: DLR) today announced the commencement of a public offering of shares of Series H Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock at a price of $25.00 per share. - updated 3/20 - Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (the "Company" or "Digital Realty") (NYSE: DLR) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 12.0 million shares of 7.375% Series H Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock at a price of $25.00 per share for gross proceeds of $300.0 million. The offering is expected to close on March 26, 2014, subject to closing conditions. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.8 million shares of its 7.375% Series H Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock in connection with the offering. The Company intends to apply to list the shares on the New York Stock Exchange. |
