Ford Motor Company (referred to in this prospectus supplement as Ford, we, our or us) will pay interest quarterly in arrears on the 10th day of March, June, September and December, beginning September 10, 2003. The Notes may not be redeemed by Ford before June 25, 2008. On such date and on any business day thereafter the Notes may be redeemed in whole or in part at 100% of their principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest.
